The Clinton Township Rural Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing for a variance request on:

Variance Request Details:
Applicant Camron Reeves has submitted a request to build a 24' x 56' accessory building in the side yard of his property at 2035 County Road 13, Wauseon, OH 43567. Due to space constraints, he is seeking a setback variance of seven feet from the house.
The parcel is located in the AG/RES District of Clinton Township. According to Article 100-5.3(d) of the zoning regulations, an accessory building must maintain:

A minimum distance of ten feet from any main building.

A minimum distance of five feet from any rear or side lot line.
